You can also call or email with special orders and requests (see our special orders page for more information). If you call or email in your order, instead of using our online shopping bag, this is the information we’ll need:

1. Item(s) you’re buying.
2. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number and email address. If we have difficulty processing an order, we will use this information to get in touch with you.
3. Your financial information — We don’t recommend providing personal credit card numbers or other sensitive financial information in unsecured emails or on our answering machine. Please see payment methods for information on how we handle your money.

Backorders and Items You’re Unable to Locate on Our Website

Payment Methods
We recommend getting a PayPal account for doing business with us over the internet. Payments for your orders are processed securely via PayPal. You can use your VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card with PayPal, all of which we will accept. If you do not wish to use a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to complete your order with your credit card, but you will have to complete your name and address information each time you buy something.

Canada Air Mail Only

Europe Int'l Air Mail Surface Rate

Asia Int'l Air Mail Surface Rate

USA and Canada orders include delivery confirmation.

Duration
USA Priority Mail takes about 3 days for delivery. Media Rate takes about 2 weeks. Canada surface mail is not available because it is too unreliable. Surface Rate to Europe and Asia could take up to 8 or 9 weeks.

Charges
Shipping charges are based on the total dimensions of the order and the destination.

Shipping Guarantee
We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given, so please check all addresses carefully. You are responsible for receiving your shipment. If a product cannot be delivered to the shipping address provided by you, we won't be responsible for any resulting damage to or loss. Also, be warned that delivery services will not forward. However, if an error does occur on our end, we reserve the right to make corrections, and, we will make every effort to make it right.
